Service Quality Evaluation Dataset




Service Quality Evaluation dataset consists of three categories: Restaurants, Nightlife, and Douban Movie. The data of first two categories are crawled from Yelp.com website. The Douban Movie data are crawled from movie.douban.com. The target is to predict the overall rating of services with few user reviews.

For each category, there are two files including data and groundtruth.

In the file of data, it is in the following format:
{User_id Item_id Category Rating Date User_GPS Item_GPS Review}.

In the file of groundtruth, it is in the following format:
{Item_id Review_count Groundtruth Train_Test_Label}.

If the value of Train_Test_Label is 0, the item is in the training set. If the value is 1, the item is in the test set. The groundtruth is the overall rating of services.

In addition, we just have the temporal information in Douban Movie. Thus, the data of Douban Movie are in the following format:
{User_id Item_id Category Rating Date}.

There are 0.263 millions ratings in Restaurants dataset, 0.436 millions ratings in Nightlife dataset, and 2.968 millions ratings in Douban Movie dataset.

The data are crawled form http://www.yelp.com/ and https://movie.douban.com/. Use of these data must respect the corresponding terms of use.
